If you wish to submit a request all that is needed is a brief description of what the funds would be used for, which Rotarian is sponsoring the request, and the amount requested.
On July 24th, 2015 the world watched Nigeria, and all of Africa, come ever closer to being totally POLIO FREE, as that day was the one-year anniversary of no new polio cases! Rotarians, it is because of your tireless dedication and support that we can claim this success as pat of our work, but let us not forget that the journey ahead is not yet assured. Please continue to contribute, participate and educate all of our communities that the only way we will make history and eradicate this disease (the third in human history) off of the face of the planet is to keep up the mantra.
