Provena SJMC Volunteer Honored With Silver Eagle Award

For 40 years Pat Andreasen of Plainfield has served as an auxiliary volunteer at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Among her many achievements, she was recently awarded the Silver Eagle Award by the Rotary Club of Joliet. This honor is awarded by the Club to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and volunteerism.

Nominated by Joliet Rotarian Beth Garrow, Pat was recognized for three decades of volunteer service at St. Joe’s, including 20 years as a board member. She has also worked on the floors with patients, in the gift shop, as ambassador and fundraiser – and chair and treasurer of the board.
