Congratulations to Joliet Rotarian, Dr. Phyllis Wilson who was selected as the 2009 recipient of the Joliet Region Chamber's ATHENA Award.

Phyllis is the 22nd ATHENA recipient, and was honored by the Chamber and the Chamber's Council for Working Women at a luncheon on Thursday, September 3rd at the Holiday Inn Joliet.
